Growing up in a distinct household, he was surrounded by 90’s Hip Hop and R&B with a mix of Soca and Calypso. JSP drew inspiration from the likes of D’Angelo, Lauryn Hill, and Shaggy which shaped his unique songwriting. JSP is from Toronto, and currently has his records playing on Toronto radio.
