Tom Driscoll, 12, began with cello and choir in London at 6. Now in Hasselt, Belgium, he studies composition and harmony at the conservatorium. He leads the band 25 Frames as singer/guitarist, soon to be opening for the legendary singer Guy Swinnen. His debut single Summer Day dropped on August 30.
